We first worked with the founders of Hudson Pacific Properties when they brought us in to work with them on branding and building the Sunset Gower + Sunset Bronson Studios website. We were thrilled when they asked us to come up with some ideas for their newly formed, publicly traded REIT.
They approached us with a short timeline and the need for a site that could start simple and expand as needed. One of the primary pieces of the site would be a showcase of their many, varied properties. We looked over the available data for the different properties, put ourselves in the mindset of a user and arrived at a streamlined but flexible structure for the section. Adding properties is a simple, quick process – as is adding, changing or removing any part of the site thanks to the Drupal backend powering the site.
In addition to designing and building the main sections of the site we coordinated with SNL Financial Services to create the Investor Relations section of the site, giving users access to current, approved data about the company.
