Folsom + Associates, a San Francisco based PR firm specializing in gourmet food, wine and luxury lifestyle brands hired us to refresh and energize their site. While working on different looks for the site we began to feel held back by the current logo – Folsom + Associates had been feeling similarly constrained.
They wanted something that would be more exciting, simple to recognize and work across many mediums – in particular as thumbnail on social media sites. To keep a tight reign on the budget we focused on the F letter-form, and arrived at this attractive little number.
The logo has a sense of energy and movement, without being overly cluttered or complex. It both feels like a classic corporate stamp, and a mark that exists only in digital space.
